As you walk into my suite, you are welcomed by the subtle scent of essential oils and will notice the quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

Table Massage –  I incorporate techniques from a few different massage modalities into my massage routine.  After a brief conversation, we will determine your needs and I will tailor your massage accordingly.  You will immediately relax as you lie on my comfortable, extra-cushioned massage table and are enveloped in soft, flannel sheets.  For added coziness, you are covered with warm towels, if desired.  As soothing relaxation music and the fountain’s trickling water lull you, you will slip into a deeper state of tranquility.  Sessions range from 30 minutes to 90 minutes.  I can provide a gentle relaxation massage to firm, deep tissue work.  I use quality, light oil and lotions, which will not leave you feeling greasy.

On-site Chair Massage (for groups) – It’s convenient.  I come to your office with my portable massage chair.  You receive your seated massage directly through your clothing.  Each massage usually lasts as long as a coffee break, so it will not disturb your workday.  You will be invigorated as your tense muscles are loosened.  By increasing circulation of oxygen-rich blood to the brain, massage can enhance your ability to concentrate and leave you feeling refreshed, alert and ready to return to the job.

Paraffin treatments for the hands and feet – Paraffin treatments soothe muscles and joint pain.  They are also excellent for dehydrated, mature or overused hands and feet.  The warmed paraffin increases circulation through the tissue and infuses moisture deeper into the skin, softening cuticles and dry areas, leaving your skin feeling silky smooth.  Paraffin treatments are particularly beneficial to those who work with their hands or are on their feet all day.
